Environmental Management System and implementation status
The company is committed to addressing climate change issues, upholding the principles of environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility. We follow relevant environmental protection regulations, establish and continuously improve our environmental management system, and continuously promote various measures such as energy conservation, carbon reduction, and waste reduction, striving to achieve a safe, healthy, and friendly office environment and operating sites.
To improve the effectiveness of environmental management, our company is committed to reducing resource consumption and greenhouse gas emissions through various energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures and advocacy. At the same time, leveraging our extensive expertise in the textile industry, we develop textiles with cooling and warming materials, allowing users to reduce energy consumption and contribute to environmental protection.
The implementation status for 2025 is as follows:
- Energy-saving measures:
The entire company has gradually replaced its lighting with high-efficiency LED lights and energy-saving equipment, and continues to review the energy-saving status of equipment at its operating locations, exploring the feasibility of replacing equipment with energy-saving devices . Energy-saving and carbon-reduction notices have been posted in sales offices, temperature monitoring and recording of refrigeration and freezing equipment have been implemented, and dedicated areas for environmentally friendly products have been established within the sales areas.
- Paper reduction and digital management:
Promote electronic documents and online approval systems to reduce paper printing. Encourage paper recycling and reuse to reduce paper consumption for official documents.
- Plastic reduction and waste sorting and recycling:
The store offers cardboard boxes instead of plastic bags, sells fruits and vegetables unpackaged, avoids excessive packaging, and provides customers with handmade origami bags made from waste paper instead of plastic bags, based on customers’ needs.
Set up resource recycling stations and implement waste sorting, separating plastics, general waste, kitchen waste, and waste oil . Outsource processing to qualified manufacturers to ensure compliance with waste disposal regulations.
Leftover ingredients are shared with employees; vegetables, cooked food, etc. are cleared out after 8 pm; and unattractive fruits and vegetables are sold at discounted prices, and none are discarded.
- Environmental education and advocacy:
Promote the use of reusable cups and tableware for employees’ meals, post notices regarding plastic restriction, promote eco-friendly shopping discounts for reusable cups, and encourage employees to put sustainability into practice.
