Declaration on Human Rights Policy
Ruentex upholds a people-oriented approach, maintaining a friendly working environment, formulating relevant human rights policies, adhering to internationally recognized human rights standards as the highest guiding principles and human rights and labor-related laws and regulations, and is committed to protecting employees’ freedom of association and speech, and not to discriminate on the basis of employees’ race, color, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical and mental disabilities and other factors. The Company conducts education and training on human rights for new employees.
Ruentex hires employees in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and does not employ child labor. In addition to the requirement that daily working hours must not exceed 8 hours and weekly working hours must not exceed 40 hours, the working hours for students in cooperative education programs and summer interns are limited to a start time of no earlier than 7:00 am and an end time of no later than 10:00 pm. The tasks assigned to them are primarily general in nature and do not involve any hazardous work.

Legal Employment
The Company hires employees in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, and does not employ child labor. Freedom from Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
The Company has established and published its “Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention, Complaint, and Disciplinary Measures” on the employee portal. This policy clearly defines unacceptable behaviors in the workplace and provides accessible complaint channels.
As of 2025, no related complaints, grievances, or penalties from authorities were reported.
Prohibition of Child Labor
No child labor was employed in the Company.
Establishing a Healthy and Safe Work Environment
The Company is committed to reducing factors that pose a risk to employee safety and health, providing a safe and healthy work environment for employees, including the necessary health and first aid facilities, such as AEDs, and regular safety and health training for employees to prevent occupational hazards, and encouraging employees to participate in health promotion activities.

Human Rights Policy Awareness:
The Company periodically promotes topics related to human rights policies through email communications and reinforces these policies during various meetings. These efforts aim to help employees understand how to prevent and respond to human rights issues, raising awareness and encouraging greater attention to these topics. As of 2025, a total of 159 employees have participated in these awareness sessions, with a cumulative training time of approximately 27 hours.
