Departments	Business Functions and Duties
International Trade Division	Specialized in fabrics and garments, our expertise ranges from design and innovative material development to quality control and logistics management. We are dedicated to providing integrated services that ensure customer satisfaction.
Retail Business Division	Manages the agency sales for world-renowned brands, including apparel brands like Nautica and JEEP, as well as the heritage tea brand Whittard of Chelsea.
Asia Brand Business Division	Responsible for the Company’s agency sales business of renowned Japanese apparel brands.
Distribution Business Division	Responsible for the Company’s hypermarket business.
Information Division	Provides IT software and hardware support and information services across all departments.
Financial Division	* Fund Management Department – Responsible for comprehensive management of financial services, such as fund coordination, payments and receipts, and stock affairs. * Financial Management Department – Responsible for comprehensive accounting services, such as accounting, cost, and business analysis. * Construction Department – Responsible for the Company’s construction and development business.

Chairman Hsu, Sheng-Yu	Chairman since 2022 MBA, Graduate Institute of Business Administration, National Taiwan University. Over 20 years of leadership in strategic management and operations. Previously served as the Assistant Manager of the Department of Finance and Production Department of Ruentex Industrial Co., Ltd.; Vice President of Shing Yen Construction & Development Co., Ltd.; President of Ruentex Construction International Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Ruentex Engineering & Construction; having, as well, served Deputy Treasurer, Financial President, Director, Deputy Chairman of RT-Mart Group of China, with more than 20 years of hands-on experiences accumulated in the aforementioned fields. In possession of abundant hands-on experiences accumulated on practical services, strategic management, leadership as well as the hands-on experiences accumulated the duties required by the Company.
President Hsu, Chih-Chang	President since 2001 Ph.D. in Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences, Northwestern University Prior leadership roles include Vice President of Shu-Tien Urology Ophthalmology Clinic and Director of Kompass Global Sourcing Solutions Ltd.
Vice President Li, Tien-Chieh	Joined Ruentex Industries Ltd. in 1988; appointed VP of Financial Management in 2003. Oversight of treasury, cash flow, and shareholder services. Education: Dept. of Business Management, Tatung Institute of Technology Experience: Chairman of Ruentex Xing; Director of Sunny Friend Environmental Technology, Jing Hong Investment, Ruen Chen Investment Holding, and TaiMed Biologics.
Vice President Chang, Hsiu-Yen	Appointed Vice President of Financial Management and Corporate Governance Officer in 2005. Oversight of accounting, costing, and business analysis. Education: International Trade, National Taipei University of Business (ACE) Experience: Director of Nan Shan Life Insurance and Shing Yen Construction & Development.
Vice President Huang, Chien-Hua	Joined Ruentex Industries Ltd. in 1987; appointed Vice President in 2015. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) overseeing IT services, software, and hardware operations. Education: Electrical Engineering, Taipei Institute of Technology.
