Stakeholders
The Company’s responsible unit for promoting sustainable development will report the status of communication with all stakeholders to the Board of Directors at least once a year.
Communication with stakeholders
In accordance with the international AA 1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard, Ruentex adopts a five-dimensional evaluation method, considering responsibility, influence, tension, diverse perspectives, and dependency to identify and prioritize the degree of relationship with stakeholders.
Ruentex assessed the mutual impact between stakeholders and the Company through a questionnaire. Nine department heads filled out the stakeholder identification and evaluation questionnaires, and the results were ranked from highest to lowest based on the degree of relationship. The identified key stakeholders were customers, regulatory authorities, suppliers, employees, and investors/shareholders. These five groups were deemed the most important stakeholders and priority communication targets for Ruentex.
